Returns & Exchanges

At Moores Homemakers, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 2.
    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.

  • 3.
    Ship to Moores

    Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your home goods arrive safely at our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
